Talent Groups is seeking a Salesforce Developer to support and enhance our client s Salesforce platform. This role focuses on building scalable solutions, supporting complex enhancements, and ensuring the platform meets the needs of internal users, customers, and business partners. You will work independently and with a team to handle escalated development requests, integrations, and automation initiatives.
Responsibilities
Manage break/fix issues, change requests, and administrative needs for end users
Collaborate with Salesforce team members to validate business requirements and ensure alignment with security, scalability, and system limits
Develop Apex classes, triggers, and test classes and support existing Apex components
Build and maintain declarative automation using Salesforce Flows including record triggered, scheduled, and screen flows
Develop custom user interfaces including Visualforce, Lightning pages, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components
Use Salesforce APIs to integrate with systems such as Vonage, MuleSoft, NetSuite, and HubSpot
Support Experience Cloud features and community site enhancements
Follow Salesforce best practices, maintain documentation, and ensure test coverage for all custom development
Maintain sandbox environments for testing and training
Create system documentation, procedures, and policies
Train users on platform functionality and new features
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
Salesforce certifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent problem solving and analytical abilities
Ability to evaluate business processes and identify efficiencies
Experience working with functional leaders to understand workflows and requirements
Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities
Must pass background checks, drug screenings, and meet customer specific compliance requirements
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Platform Developer I, Administrator, or Advanced Administrator certifications
Experience with CPQ and advanced pricing rules
Experience integrating ERP systems such as NetSuite using MuleSoft Composer
Experience building solutions with Agentforce
Strong understanding of Flow best practices and migration from Workflow Rules or Process Builder
Familiarity with advanced Salesforce automation and architecture patterns
Education And Experience
Bachelor s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field with at least 1 year of Salesforce development experience
OR
5 years of Salesforce development experience
