- Develop and manage integrations between Salesforce and external applications using APIs, middleware, or ETL tools.
- Perform data loads, data migrations, and ongoing data integration activities ensuring accuracy and integrity.
- Support and enhance Salesforce-based billing processes, including invoicing, pricing, and revenue-related workflows.
- Troubleshoot integration, data, and billing-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Ensure best practices in data governance, security, and Salesforce configuration.
- Strong hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform (mandatory).
- Proven experience in system integrations and data exchange (mandatory).
- Solid experience with data loading, data migration, and data integration (mandatory).
- Strong experience in billing processes and related Salesforce modules (mandatory).
- Experience with Salesforce tools such as Data Loader, APIs, and integration frameworks.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Developer).
- Experience with Salesforce billing-related products such as Salesforce CPQ or Billing.
