Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications and customizations.
- Build and maintain scalable solutions using Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Configure and customize Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud to meet business requirements.
- Develop and optimize SOQL queries, workflows, validation rules, and automation processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, administrators, and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements.
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and enterprise systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, performance bottlenecks, and system defects.
