- Design and implement scalable Salesforce Data Cloud solutions to enable unified customer data and advanced analytics.
- Lead data architecture strategy, integration, and governance across enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven insights and personalized customer experiences.
- 8 10 years of experience in Salesforce or enterprise data platforms.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Deep understanding of Data Cloud architecture, data models, harmonization, and identity resolution.
- Expertise in Data Cloud Query Language (DQL) and segmentation strategies.
- Strong knowledge of data architecture, governance, MDM, data lakes, and data warehousing.
- Experience designing large-scale customer data platforms and unified data solutions.
- Hands-on experience with API integrations, ETL/ELT pipelines, and event-driven architectures.
- Experience integrating AI/ML solutions including Agentforce, Einstein Studio, and external models.
- Strong understanding of real-time personalization, predictive analytics, and recommendation engines.
- Experience coordinating with global teams and working in onsite-offshore models.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Define and implement Data Cloud architecture strategy aligned with business goals.
- Design and implement data integration solutions across enterprise systems.
- Establish and enforce data governance, security, and compliance standards.
- Develop scalable data models to support business processes and analytics.
- Lead implementation of Customer 360 solutions for unified customer insights.
- Collaborate on AI-driven analytics and predictive modeling initiatives.
- Guide development teams to ensure best practices in Salesforce implementation.
- Work with enterprise architecture teams on data modeling and integration strategies.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across platforms.
- Support real-time data processing and advanced segmentation use cases.
- Experience with MuleSoft, Marketing Cloud, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Experience working in healthcare domain environments.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Salesforce Data Cloud architecture and implementation.
- Data integration and ETL/ELT processes.
- Data governance and compliance.
- AI/ML integration and analytics.
- API design and event-driven architecture.
- Leadership and stakeholder management.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
- Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant certification required.
- Salesforce Application or System Architect certification preferred.
