Introduction

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation of Salesforce initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Design and implement Salesforce solutions that meet business needs
• Configure Salesforce to support business processes
• Create and maintain documentation related to Salesforce configuration, processes, and workflows
• Collaborate with developers and administrators to ensure successful implementation of solutions
• Provide training and support to end users
• Stay current on Salesforce best practices and new features

Required Skills

• Experience working as a Salesforce Business Analyst
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations
• Ability to gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders
• Experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Salesforce certification(s)
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning
• Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote)
• Experience with Salesforce integrations
