Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions that meet business needs
- Configure Salesforce to support business processes
- Create and maintain documentation related to Salesforce configuration, processes, and workflows
- Collaborate with developers and administrators to ensure successful implementation of solutions
- Provide training and support to end users
- Stay current on Salesforce best practices and new features
Required Skills
- Experience working as a Salesforce Business Analyst
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations
- Ability to gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders
- Experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Salesforce certification(s)
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning
- Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote)
- Experience with Salesforce integrations
