- Configure and manage Salesforce Data Cloud including:
- Data ingestion
- Identity resolution
- Data harmonization
- Unified customer profiles
- Segmentation and activation
- Develop Agentforce Topics, Actions, Instructions, Prompt Templates, and Guardrails.
- Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and external enterprise systems.
- Build scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, REST/SOAP APIs, and Platform Events.
- Implement Einstein Trust Layer controls including masking, audit logging, grounding, and governance.
- Create Calculated Insights and advanced SQL-based transformations in Data Cloud.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define AI use cases and automation opportunities.
- Ensure security, compliance, and best practices aligned with banking/financial regulations.
- Support deployment, testing, production release, and performance optimization.
- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Agentforce and Salesforce Data Cloud.
