Job Description

Kratos Microwave, Inc., a Kratos' company, is looking for a Sales Administrator/Customer Service Specialist to work onsite at their Placerville, CA location.

GENERAL JOB SUMMARY:

The Sales Administrator/Customer Service Specialist function is responsible for activities related to assisting, supporting, and resolving customers questions specific to products, sales and services. They are responsible for verifying orders, connecting with customers by phone or email to answer questions or obtain information. Assists in compiling and maintaining reports and logs. This position requires the ability to obtain security clearance, if needed.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Develops professional expertise, applies company policies to resolve a variety of issues.

Determines a course of action based on guidelines and modifies processes and methods as required.

Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.

Applies learned techniques and contributes to analysis and investigation to solve problems.

Builds productive internal/external working relationships to resolve mutual problems by collaborating on procedures or transactions.

Communicates via email and phone with customer to provide requested information.

Work as a team member toward a common goal.

Process new and modified awards from customers.

Support the shipment of our product by processing the orders through our various systems.

Maintain efficient methods to remain organized and timely in your role.

Process return material requests with customers and ensure the spreadsheets are up to date with the current status.

Other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibility:

This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

Maintain sensitive and confidential information as required by company and government requirements.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree in related field with no previous professional experience.

WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Office and/or manufacturing environment.

Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time.

Ability to perform repetitive motion (keyboarding, mouse, phones, use tools/equipment).

Travel Requirements: Yes, as required.

Base Annual Salary Range: $52,414.00 - $70,304.00
