SailPoint Architect – Identity Security & Cloud IAM

Location: Miami, FL (Onsite)

Duration: 12 months

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced SailPoint Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-scale Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance solutions. This role will focus on delivering robust identity lifecycle management, access governance, and cloud security using SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) and SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) across hybrid and cloud environments.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10 years of experience in IAM, with a strong focus on identity governance architecture.
• Deep hands-on expertise in SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) and/or SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).
• Proven experience designing and implementing scalable IAM architectures in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of:
• Identity lifecycle management (JML)
• Access certifications & reviews
• RBAC & policy-based access controls
• Compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR, etc.)
• Experience with:
• API integrations & SailPoint connectors
• Enterprise directories (Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD)
• Cloud IAM across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
