Kforce has a client in Indianapolis, IN that is seeking a SailPoint Architect/PM - RBAC Program Lead to lead and implement a multi-phase RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) program across the enterprise. They will be designing and operationalizing a scalable role model using SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow, while driving business alignment, access standardization, and risk reduction.

Lead the end-to-end RBAC strategy and implementation including:
- Role discovery & mining
- Entitlement rationalization and cleanup
- Business role hierarchy design
- Application role mapping
- SoD (Segregation of Duties) policy design
- Define role engineering standards, role lifecycle process, and governance model
- Facilitate workshops with business and IT to define job functions and access patterns
- Build and maintain role catalogs, RACI, and access governance policies
- Define metrics for RBAC maturity, role coverage, and access consistency
- Architect and configure RBAC components within SailPoint
- Role models (business, IT, and entitlement roles)
- Identity profiles and policies
- Access request, approval, and provisioning workflows
- Account and entitlement object modeling
- Integrate RBAC into Joiner/Mover/Leaver identity lifecycle automation
- Collaborate with app owners to onboard applications and standardize entitlements
- Partner with Security and Audit to align RBAC with compliance requirements
- Own project roadmap for RBAC rollout across applications in phases
- Maintain program governance, RAID log, and stakeholder reporting
- Coordinate role mining sprints and iterative delivery of role models
- Lead workshops with HR, IT, application teams, and business owners
- 7 years of IAM experience, with 3 years dedicated to RBAC programs
- Hands-on SailPoint (IdentityIQ or IdentityNow) experience
- Proven delivery of enterprise RBAC frameworks
- Experience with entitlement cleanup, role mining (e.g., SailPoint AI RBAC, Saviynt AAG, or 3rd party mining tools)
- Strong SQL, data analysis, and identity data modeling experience
- Knowledge of SoD, access reviews, and least privilege principles
- Strong stakeholder leadership and workshop facilitation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications: SailPoint, CISSP, CISM, PMP, CSM
- Experience integrating SailPoint with: AD/Entra ID, Workday, SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow
- Experience in regulated industries (finance, pharma, healthcare, energy)
- Consulting experience a plus
- Reduction in orphan entitlements and excessive access
- Role coverage across applications
- SoD control adoption
- Access request fulfillment time reduction
- Audit and compliance improvements
