Our client is looking for a Rhapsody Developer and Administrator who will support and complete the tasks necessary to design and implement a methodology to enable the client Health Services ESB to track the transmission of messages and provide additional related services supporting the interfaces for systems connecting to the Data Hub.
There are two positions, one is more focused in development and the other one is for an Administrator. Both resource are integral to supporting and improving automated processes, streamlining critical business processes, data integrity, SEM/SUITE compliance, and securing the applications. As a team member, the resource participates in a variety of assignments that provides for the enhancement, integration, maintenance, and implementation of projects. The resource will also provide application oversight to business analysts and to other teams integrating with Health Enterprise Service Bus (HESB).

Tasks
Rhapsody Administrator
- Analyze and provide a solution to the problems/issues in Rhapsody
- Code debug and enhancements
- Rhapsody maintenance
- Support Server Patches, Restart the Rhapsody application.
- Renew and Install HESB Server certificates
- Support application system maintenance
- Install application system certificates and resolve any connection issues
- Manage error queue and hold queue. Reprocess them as needed.
- Clear Rhapsody alerts and take a necessary action on the alerts
- Produce Latency, Response reports
- Generate Monthly Status reports
- Code fix for any production issues
- Code migration to production
- Rhapsody version upgrades and related testing
- Communicating with users and external applications for any issues
- Rhapsody memory management and manage the storage
- Responsible for developing solutions for new use cases
- Develop Interfaces based on the business requirements and specifications
- Create technical requirements and system design based on the business requirements
- Develop custom filters as required using Rhapsody Developer Kit (RDK)
- Create mappers, mapper definitions using EDI message designer
- Write JavaScript code with on Rhapsody using JavaScript(v1) and JavaScript (v2) filters
- Develop API calls for SOAP, REST and web service calls.
- Data format translations from HL7v2, HL7 V3, FHIR, CCDA, XML, JSON and flat file as required
- Working on CDA mapping and conversions
- Prepare code review SUITE SDLC documents
- Develop database connections for MSSQL or Oracle databases
- Develop TCP, HTTP, LLP and OAUTH connections as per the standards
- Responsible for overall system design
- Responsible for overall code and configuration

Skills Required:
- 5-10 years - Experience using latest Health Rhapsody Integration Engine (7.x)
- 5-10 years - Experience using Rhapsody Developer Kit (RDK) to create custom filters, mappers, etc.
- 5-10 years - Experience with Custom message payload translation from one format (e.g., JSON, XML, HL7) to a different format (e.g., proprietary/legacy format)
- 5-10 years - Experience using web services, SOAP, REST, OAUTH, TCP-connections, LLP, etc.
- 5-10 years - Experience using transport encryption/security; TLS, mutual authorization via certificates, etc.
- Experience with JavaScript programming
- Experience with SQL, XML
- Experience with HL7 version 2.x messaging
- Experience with HL7 FHIR
- Experience with CDA standards and related document types
- Experience with Health care vocabularies; LONIC, SNOMED, RxNorm
- Experience with Health Information Exchange (HIE) technology
- Experience with Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise (IHE)
- Experience with Implementing solutions based on Implementation Guides
