About The Role

As an RF Test Engineer, you will design and implement advanced testing methods for cutting-edge datalink products. You'll collaborate across teams to plan test strategies, develop equipment, and ensure high-quality performance standards. This role involves hands-on testing, data analysis, and driving improvements in processes and tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute RF testing methods and equipment for new datalink products.
• Plan and coordinate labor, schedules, and resources for testing activities.
• Define test parameters and specify procedures for standard and specialized devices.
• Analyze test data and recommend changes to equipment, processes, or methodologies.
• Perform specialized tests and validate customer samples beyond standard capabilities.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 10 years of experience in Test Engineering.
