- Install, configure, and maintain two-way radio communication systems (VHF/UHF/700/800/900 MHz)
- Design, program, and optimize trunked and conventional radio systems (P25, DMR, NXDN)
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair RF communication systems and networked components
- Perform testing, tuning, and alignment of repeaters, duplexers, base stations, and antennas
- Install and terminate coaxial and network cabling, ensuring signal integrity and performance
- Configure and support dispatch consoles, E911 systems, and voice logging platforms
- Set up and operate RF test equipment (spectrum analyzers, service monitors, signal generators)
- Maintain and support microwave/PTP links and communication infrastructure
- Ensure proper functioning of power systems, grounding, and backup systems
- Develop and update radio templates, CPS programming, and firmware upgrades
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to manage service timelines and issue resolution
- Provide on-call support and emergency response for critical communication systems
