Requirement/Must Have:
- Strong understanding of retail operations, supply chain, and omnichannel ecosystems.
- Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional programs.
- Expertise in program management frameworks such as Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- 5 10 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in retail.
- Lead end-to-end program management of retail initiatives such as store expansion and digital transformation.
- Define program scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics aligned with business goals.
- Coordinate across teams including merchandising, supply chain, store operations, IT, and marketing.
- Manage program budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Establish program governance, reporting, and communication frameworks.
- Track and report program progress, KPIs, and ROI to senior leadership.
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Ensure alignment between business strategy and technology execution.
- Identify dependencies and remove blockers to ensure smooth delivery.
- Lead change management and ensure adoption of new systems and processes.
- Experience with retail technology systems such as POS, ERP, OMS, and WMS.
- Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and advanced Excel.
- Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or Agile (Scrum Master, SAFe) are preferred.
- Experience in store rollout, e-commerce transformation, or supply chain optimization programs.
