Key Responsibilities
- Manage residential real estate closings from contract through post-closing
- Review contracts and coordinate closing timelines with all parties
- Prepare closing disclosures, settlement statements, and closing packages
- Communicate with lenders, agents, buyers, and sellers throughout the transaction
- Ensure files are complete, accurate, and compliant prior to closing
- Assist with pre-closing preparation and file organization
- Support attorneys with occasional commercial real estate closings as needed
- Base salary: $70,000–$80,000 DOE
