The position is responsible for conducting research, development, and manufacturing laboratory experimentation and other scientific activities to support company projects.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research, development, and manufacturing laboratory experimentation
- Exercise technical expertise and discretion in the design, execution, and interpretation of experiments
- Prepare technical reports, summaries, protocols, and quantitative analyses
- Present and discuss results of experiments within the department and project team
- Maintain a high level of professional expertise through familiarity with scientific literature
- Follow company policies and procedures for GMP, GLP, and Design Control
- Maintain complete and accurate laboratory documentation and electronic files
- Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of post-college experience
- Experience with wet lab and biological techniques
- Experience working in a regulated environment
