Job Description The IT Software Engineer Sr is responsible for leading the design of technology solutions to ensure they meet all resiliency, stability, non-functional, functional and operational readiness use cases. This position is responsible for owning the technology solutions within their area, including proactive monitoring and alerting, technological roadmap and communication of overall health and future sustainability. Job Requirement: We are seeking an experienced Remedy Developer to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in developing and implementing Remedy solutions that meet business needs. This role requires hands-on technical expertise, the ability to work with cross-functional teams, and a deep understanding of Remedy best practices. Remedy Team Specific Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement Remedy applications. For this environment, it will be working within a contact center environment where Remedy has been utilized and heavily customized. Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather and document requirements for new features and enhancements. Customize Remedy applications using scripting, workflows, and UI policies to meet specific business needs. Develop integrations between Remedy and other systems using REST/SOAP APIs, scripts, and middleware. Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet the quality standards. Create and maintain technical documentation for Remedy solutions, including design specs, workflows, and data models. Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues within the Remedy platform. Stay current with Remedy updates, new features, and best practices.
