A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Release Train Engineer

Position type: Full time, Contract

Duration: 12 months

Location: 3 days onsite in a week in Charlotte, NC

As a Release Train Engineer you will:

Required Skills:

• 8 years in software development or IT delivery roles.
• 5 years in Agile leadership roles (Scrum Master, RTE, or similar).
• Certifications: SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification preferred; SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) is a plus.
  
  

Requirements:

• Strong facilitation and servant leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps).
• Understanding of Lean-Agile principles and SAFe framework.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $70 - $74 per hour

• Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
