Requirements:

• 5 or more years of experience in release management and software delivery lifecycles.
• Proficiency in SAFe Agile frameworks and methodologies.
• Experience with managing release cycles in application development environments.
• Experience in project management principles including risk and dependency management.
• Experience with release governance, planning, and execution across multiple teams.
• Experience in the healthcare industry or with payer systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Lead release planning, coordination, and execution across multiple technical teams.
• Manage medium-to-low complexity projects within a SAFe Agile environment.
• Coordinate with technical and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Identify project risks and manage dependencies to drive issues to resolution.
• Establish structure and provide governance across various release cycles.
• Provide project management support including status reporting and coordination.
• Facilitate communication between diverse stakeholders to align project goals.
