Job Description
- Provide direct nursing care for complex oncology cases.
- Safely administer chemotherapy, biotherapy, immunotherapy, and blood component therapies while monitoring for adverse reactions.
- Implement pain management strategies and provide palliative care to ensure patient comfort.
- Educate patients about their condition, treatment plans, and home care in an accessible, empathetic manner.
- Work closely with oncologists, surgeons, pharmacists, and case managers to coordinate comprehensive care plans.
- Maintain accurate, detailed patient medical records.
