- Drive demand generation operations by optimizing funnel performance, data quality, and marketing effectiveness.
- Partner with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align strategies and improve pipeline outcomes.
- Act as a strategic advisor to regional leadership, supporting planning, reporting, and execution of demand generation initiatives.
- Manage weekly and monthly operating cadences in collaboration with sales operations, marketing, and business development teams.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to global marketing functions and regional sales leadership.
- Monitor and improve account, contact, and lead data flows to ensure data quality and hygiene.
- Support inbound, outbound, and account-based marketing initiatives through data-driven insights.
- Act as a strategic partner to regional marketing leadership on key initiatives and projects.
- Support quarterly business reviews and regional strategic planning efforts.
- Recommend strategic investments including programs, capacity planning, and performance initiatives.
- Lead target setting and performance reporting for business development teams.
- Reduce operational complexity and improve efficiency in demand generation processes.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for demand generation tools and systems.
- Provide support, training, and guidance to teams on tools and processes.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve technical or process-related issues.
- Experience in demand generation, marketing operations, or sales operations.
- Strong understanding of funnel management, pipeline optimization, and data management.
- Experience working with CRM and marketing automation tools.
