Referrals/Portrait Technical Lead

Location : Jersey City NJ - Onsite

Full Time Only

Skill: Referrals/Portrait Technical Lead

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:

  • Migration/modernization of existing applications.
  • API integration with underwriting, policy, and external systems.
  • Strong understanding of underwriting/referral workflows (auto/loan).
  • Enhancements on existing UI (Angular) backend services.
  • Event-driven integrations (queues, async processing).
  • Data mapping, transformation, and legacy system alignment.
  • Cloud deployment (Azure, AKS, CI/CD)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead migration and enhancement of underwriting referral platform.
  • Own integration design across underwriting, policy, and downstream systems.
  • Align legacy workflows to modern microservices architecture.
  • Drive UI/backend changes with minimal disruption.
  • Ensure stability, performance, and data integrity during migration.
  • Guide team, review code/design, and manage delivery
