The major areas of support include, but are not limited to:
- Manages high volume of candidate scheduling, correspondence, and following-up while providing excellent service.
- Uses appropriate tools and templates to flawlessly schedule candidate interviews, make required travel arrangements, schedule conference rooms and communicate to recruiters, candidates and hiring managers.
- Provides timely and customer-focused service to internal and external constituents (e.g., recruiters, candidates and interviewers).
- Identifies and escalates improvement suggestions to internal talent management processes and tools
- College degree or 2 years equivalent experience
- Familiarity with the Workday applicant tracking system required
- Outlook calendaring and scheduling required
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook required. OneNote, Excel, and PowerPoint minimal skills required
- Experience in a recruiting firm/department a plus
- Candidate must be a self-starter and be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Ability to prioritize work and shift tasks based on urgency with little direct supervision
- Strong multi-tasking ability as well as demonstrated proficiency in planning, follow-through, scheduling, time management and organizing required
- Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, turnaround times, and streamline work processes
