Job Description:

• We are seeking a skilled and motivated React and React Native Developer to join our dynamic development team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining high-quality web and mobile applications that provide exceptional user experiences.
• This role demands a strong understanding of JavaScript frameworks, mobile and web development best practices, and agile methodologies. You will collaborate closely with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver outstanding digital solutions aligned with business goals.
  
  

Application Development

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.
• Build and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Create reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Optimize components for maximum performance across web and mobile platforms.
  
  

Collaboration & Agile Delivery

• Work closely with UX/UI designers to implement polished user interfaces.
• Integrate with RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Participate actively in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives).
• Collaborate with QA engineers to ensure high-quality releases.
• Review and provide feedback on pull requests from teammates.
  
  

Continuous Improvement

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Suggest and implement improvements to development processes and workflows.
• Assist in troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrading existing applications.
• Maintain high standards of code quality, organization, and automation.
  
  

Technical & Data Skills:

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6 ) and TypeScript.
• Deep knowledge of React.js core principles and state management libraries (Redux, Context API).
• Experience developing mobile applications using React Native.
• Familiarity with navigation libraries (React Navigation, React Router).
• Hands-on experience with backend integration via RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Firebase).
• Strong understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards.
• Version control with Git and GitHub/GitLab.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Exposure to testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Detox).
