Job Details

Responsibilities:

As a Quality Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Driving corrective actions and preventive measures to ensure product quality and reliability.
• Conducting root cause analysis to identify and resolve quality issues promptly.
• Managing nonconformances by implementing effective corrective actions and monitoring their effectiveness.
• Overseeing the quality of electro-mechanical products, ensuring they meet company and industry standards.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate quality control tools and processes into daily routines.
• Developing and maintaining quality control systems, procedures, and documentation.
• Participating in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations.
• Providing technical guidance and training to the team to enhance their understanding of quality standards and procedures.
• Continuously monitoring and reporting on quality-related key performance indicators (KPIs).
  
  

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quality Engineer.
• Proven experience in driving corrective actions, conducting root cause analysis, managing nonconformances, and overseeing the quality of electro-mechanical products.
• Strong knowledge of quality control methods and industry standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Proficiency in using quality control software and tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, with a keen eye for detail.
• Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) certification will be a plus.
