- 8 years of experience in Business Analysis, UAT, QA, or related disciplines
- Proven experience operating in a hybrid Business Analyst and QA/UAT leadership capacity
- Strong experience gathering, documenting, validating, and managing business and functional requirements
- Demonstrated ability to create requirements traceability matrices (RTMs) and maintain end-to-end requirement coverage
- Experience translating requirements into test strategies, test scenarios, and acceptance criteria
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills across business and technology organizations
- Experience managing change requests, impact analysis, and scope adjustments in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium and Cypress
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile methodologies, and enterprise transformation programs
- Mortgage, Single-Family, Multifamily, Loan Origination, Loan Servicing, Capital Markets, or Housing Finance domain experience
