Required:
Senior End-to-End Integration QA Engineer Key Highlights Lead end-to-end API and integration testing for CMS Burden Reduction / Interoperability initiatives. Perform deep validation of HL7 FHIR-based REST APIs including payloads, schemas, authentication, headers, and error handling. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and regulatory compliance across complex healthcare integrations. Execute comprehensive API testing across upstream and downstream systems and third-party partners. Participate in Agile/SAFe ceremonies including PI Planning, Sprint Planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and system demos. Contribute to test strategy, test planning, and estimation (story points, risks, dependencies, regression impact). Define and review acceptance criteria (GIVEN-WHEN-THEN) and align testing with business requirements. Design, automate, and execute end-to-end test scenarios (positive, negative, and integration). Identify test data requirements and support integrated test environment setup. Manage defects collaboratively using Jira, including tracking, reporting, and resolution support. Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, Architects, QE Leads, and RTEs for quality delivery and feature acceptance. Utilize tools and technologies such as Postman (mandatory), Playwright, REST APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and healthcare interoperability frameworks.
