- Must have experience testing Health and Human Services (HHS) systems, with a focus on Integrated Eligibility (IE) rules testing of various public assistance programs including Cash (TANF), Medical Assistance (Medicaid), Food Benefits (SNAP), and Child Care.
- Proficiency with testing techniques – Must understand the various approaches used in testing, including white-box, black-box, coverage, and regression.
- Demonstrated experience testing batches, interfaces (including flat files and SOAP UI), reports, security roles (including coarse-grain and fine-grain), and data conversion.
- Demonstrated proficiency in reviewing system documentation, identifying test objectives, writing, and updating test cases, and executing functional and regression test scenarios for web-based applications.
- Ability to independently write and modify SQL queries of moderate complexity to validate database results.
- Experience testing Web-based replacement of legacy systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Ability to balance multiple assignments and prioritize effectively to ensure work delivery according to project timelines.
- Ability to coordinate across teams to gather information, present findings, and resolve issues.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
- Ability to deliver under pressure. A willingness to live and work in central Pennsylvania.
- Test automation experience.
- Experience with methodologies including but not limited to Agile, RUP, Lean, or Waterfall.
- Experience using Azure DevOps to write and run test cases. A Bachelor''s Degree or higher in a relevant field.
