- We are seeking an experienced QA Test Manager / Test Lead to define, plan, and execute testing strategies across multiple projects.
- The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality software delivery through effective test design, automation, and coordination between business, development, and QA teams.
- Define and implement test strategy, test plans, and test cases based on business and technical requirements.
- Lead and manage end-to-end QA activities across functional, regression, integration, performance, and UAT phases.
- Coordinate and supervise QA teams (onsite/offshore) to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Drive test automation initiatives and ensure CI/CD integration with automated test suites.
- Manage defect triage, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for resolution.
- Create and validate test cases, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and requirement traceability.
- Review and validate test scenarios created by QA teams.
- Track and report QA metrics such as test coverage, defect density, and pass rate to stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with Project Owners, Developers, Scrum Masters, and Project Managers to align testing activities with project goals.
- Ensure adherence to QA standards, processes, and compliance requirements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 6 years of QA experience (manual and automation).
- Minimum 2 years in a QA lead or managerial role.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum, and DevOps practices.
- Experience with test management and automation tools such as JIRA, Selenium, Postman, TestNG, Cucumber, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
- Hands-on experience testing APIs, web applications, and third-party integrations.
- Familiarity with SQL and data validation testing.
- Exposure to performance testing tools.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in the payments domain or with payment gateway systems.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Salary : $50 - $55
