Job Summary:
- We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the highest standards of software quality and reliability for their cutting-edge Point-of-Sale (POS) systems. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving the automation of testing processes, enhancing the overall efficiency and effectiveness of software delivery.
- Conduct comprehensive testing of Point-of-Sale (POS) systems, ensuring end-to-end quality.
- Debug native mobile applications and backend Java stacks effectively.
- Develop automated UI and API tests to maintain efficiency and quality.
- Document and communicate bugs, issues, and statuses clearly and thoroughly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold software quality standards.
- Create detailed test plans and review them with the team.
- Proficiency in testing POS systems and debugging iOS & Android apps.
- Experience with end-to-end testing, including UI/UX and data verification.
- Skilled in testing SpringBoot Java microservices and cloud databases.
- Ability to automate UI tests using Appium and API tests with Karate or similar tools.
- Familiarity with development tools like Docker, GitHub, Jenkins, and IntelliJ.
- Strong communication skills and experience in Agile environment
