Genesis10 is currently seeking a QA Lead with our banking company client in their Jersey City, NJ location. This is a 12 month contract and position. This is a hybrid position requiring being in office Tuesday and Thursday.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the QA test approach for data management applications.
• Create and manage QA work breakdown structures (WBS) and testing activities within Agile frameworks.
• Own QA execution tracking, defect lifecycle management, and management reporting using Jira.
• Perform defect triage, root cause analysis support, and re-testing to ensure data issues are fully resolved.
• Collaborate with Application Owners to ensure testing requirements are met.
• Perform hands-on test execution and assign and review QA work to offshore team.
• Design, execute, and maintain test cases.
• Prepare, manage, and validate complex test data across multiple systems and environments.
• Provide regular QA status updates, execution metrics, and risk assessments to stakeholders.
• Continuously improve data testing coverage, execution efficiency, and QA processes.
  
  

Requirements:

• Experience with Building out a QA strategy for Data Centric Applications.
• Experience leading QA efforts.
• Jira.
• Financial Services/Banking preferred.
• Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
  
  

Pay rate range: $70.00 - $75.00 hourly.
