- 18 years of total experience in QE/QA/Software Engineering with progressive leadership roles.
- 10 years of direct people‑management experience leading multi‑layered technical organizations.
- Proven experience building and scaling QA organizations in enterprise environments.
- Strong hands‑on background in test automation (e.g., Selenium, Playwright).
- Solid understanding of CI/CD (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
- Demonstrated success designing and executing enterprise test strategies.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery models.
- Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud‑based testing (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform).
- Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner, k6).
- Familiarity with API testing frameworks (Postman, REST Assured).
- Experience in large‑scale SaaS or enterprise platform environments.
