Description
- We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst who has a background as both a Business Analyst and a Quality Assurance Analyst.
- The ideal candidate will have deep experience in both types of functions and can easily adapt to both.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to conduct thorough requirements gathering sessions, ensuring a deep understanding of business needs.
- Analyze gathered requirements and translate them into detailed functional specifications, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on system requirements.
- Conduct thorough testing procedures, including but not limited to functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and report defects, ensuring timely resolution.
- Create clear and concise documentation for business processes, system requirements, and test cases.
- Maintain detailed documentation throughout the development and testing life cycle.
- Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders and IT development teams.
- Provide regular updates on project progress, including test results and potential risks.
- Actively participate in process improvement initiatives, contributing insights to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities to streamline business processes and improve overall system quality.
- Provide training and support to end-users during system implementations.
- Serve as a point of contact for business users, addressing inquiries and providing ongoing support.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven 5 experience in business analysis and quality assurance within a software development environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
