Our Client is looking for a QA Engineer – Automation Tester for a long-term contract, remote opportunity. Please review the below JD and let me know if you are comfortable.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Interact with product management, project management and development teams to develop a strong understanding of the project and testing objectives.
• Participate in troubleshooting and triaging of issues with different teams to drive towards root cause identification and resolution.
• Design and create test conditions, test data and test scripts to address business and technical use cases.
• Use existing tools and techniques to execute test cases and build/script new tools for performing testing/validation function.
• Help in the automation strategy/effort and generate scripts to perform automated testing cycles using Selenium with Java.
• Design, Execute and analyze automation test scripts & test results for Web applications.
• Document, track and escalate issues as appropriate, using JIRA.
• 3 years of experience on Automation using Selenium WebDriver with Java.
• Work experience in healthcare domain is a plus.
  
  

Skills And Competencies

• At least 3 years of strong automation experience with Selenium, Java (hands-on knowledge on scripting, execution).
• Experience in designing/enhancing Automation Framework - Selenium WebDriver
• Hands on experience working in project which are on Agile methodology.
• Experience on Maven, Continuous Integration, SCM tools.
• Work experience in healthcare domain is a plus.
• Have knowledge of reporting tools like extent etc.
• Should have worked on any IDE like Eclipse/IntelliJ.
• Proven Skills on writing Test Cases and presenting to the team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Detail oriented, Eagerness to work in a team environment.
• Good Communication skills.
