Detailed Job Description: The position is in support (testing) of the UISIm project, a multi-year program effort to redesign, implement, and test business process improvements for the Department of Labor's customers, partners and internal staff. UISIm replaces the 40 year old Unemployment Insurance (UI) legacy computer systems and manual procedures with a new and improved integrated computer system.
- 60 months as a lead tester, writing/executing:
- Test Scenarios/Cases (business entities/objects and their relationships)
- Traceability matrix outlining the correlation between business rules, use cases, and corresponding test scenarios
- Functional Test Plan describing the who, what, where, how, and why each business function will be tested
- User Acceptance Test plan detailing entrance and exit criteria; including users in the process of decision-making re. testing specific business scenarios
- 60 months experience in Selenium WebDriver, Java, J2EE, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, Eclipse IDE
- 60 months writting SQL queries to validate correct back-end data processing and creating test data.
- 48 months using GitHub, Maven, Jenkins, and familiar with CI/CD processes
- 48 months testing web services in a SOA environment including functional and performance testing using Jmeter/SoapUI/PostMan.
