Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the QA team.
- Define and implement QA strategies, standards, and best practices.
- Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Oversee manual and automated testing efforts.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure quality requirements are met.
- Identify, track, and manage defects through resolution.
- Conduct risk analysis and provide quality metrics reports.
- Ensure compliance with project timelines and deliverables.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 6 years of experience in software testing/QA.
- 2 years of experience in a QA Lead or similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and STLC.
- Experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, TestNG).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Experience with defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
