The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automation frameworks, ensuring high-quality software delivery. Exposure to AI/GenAI-based testing approaches is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts for web applications and APIs
- Perform UI automation using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright
- Execute API automation testing using Rest Assured, Postman, or similar tools
- Build and enhance automation frameworks (data-driven / hybrid)
- Collaborate with developers, product teams, and QA to ensure quality across releases
- Identify, track, and report defects with proper documentation
- Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)
- Ensure test coverage, reliability, and scalability of automation suites
- Leverage AI/GenAI tools to improve testing efficiency (nice to have)
