Key Responsibilities
- Conduct functional, non-functional, regression, and exploratory testing.
- Develop and execute automated test scripts using Selenium.
- Work closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure high-quality product releases.
- Follow and improve QA processes and testing frameworks.
- Adapt to evolving project requirements and take on additional tasks as needed.
- Identify, document, and track defects to ensure timely resolution.
- Demonstrate proactiveness, enthusiasm, and accountability in delivering quality outcomes.
- Be flexible with work hours, including availability for off-hours and weekend support when required.
- Strong knowledge of functional and non-functional testing techniques.
- Experience with automation tools such as Selenium.
- Understanding of QA processes, methodologies, and best practices.
- Familiarity with the industry or domain the product operates in.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and take ownership of tasks.
- Experience with API testing (Postman, RestAssured).
- Knowledge of performance testing tools.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
