Dice is the leading career destination for tech experts at every stage of their careers. Our client, Radiantze, is seeking the following. Apply via Dice today!
Job Descriptions and Justification:
Role: Test Architect
Location: Remote
Contractor Mission: Transition the organization from manual "Record/Playback" debt to a high-
leverage, Agentic Testing Ecosystem where 95% of validation occurs below the Ul layer.
The Role: Future of QE We are seeking a Test Architect to lead
our transition to Agentic Validation; you will architect a swarm of headless agents that leverage Playwright's reasoning capabilities to autonomously
navigate 95% of our business logic below the UI, eliminating the traditional record/playback.
Core Responsibilities
Architect the Agentic Headless Layer:
Deploy autonomous agents that utilize Playwright's native API capabilities to validate business logic, service contracts, and state transitions without
ever opening a browser.
95/5 Pyramid Implementation: Drive a "Headless-First" strategy. 95% of the agentic swarm will operate at the API and Data
layers; the remaining 5% will use Multi-modal Playwright Agents to reason through the Ul.
Autonomous Intent-Based Testing: Replace static "Step 1,
Step 2" scripts with Objective-Based Agents. You will build systems where an agent is given a goal and autonomously determines the optimal API/UI path
to validate it.
Self-Healing Infrastructure: Implement LLM-driven perception to allow agents to detect schema shifts or UI changes and autonomously
refactor their own interaction logic, eliminating manual maintenance.
Generative Data & ETL Swarms: Architect agents that understand our ETL pipelines
and synthesize high-entropy, production-mirroring test data to validate complex data integrity at scale.
Event-Driven Quality Observability: Integrate
agentic triggers into the CI/CD pipeline.
Technical Requirements
Engineering Mastery: Expert-level TypeScript/Node.js or Python with a deep focus
on Playwright for both Ul and API orchestration.
Systems Thinking: Deep understanding of microservices, and event-driven architecture.
The "Zero-
Script" Philosophy: A commitment to the idea that any test a human has to manually "record" is a future failure point.
