Job Title: QA Analyst – Power BI

Location: Jersey City, NJ (Onsite/Hybrid)

Experience: 8–10 Years

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced QA Analyst with strong expertise in Power BI reporting, validation, and enterprise analytics across Healthcare, P&C Insurance, and Banking domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform QA testing and validation of Power BI dashboards and reports
• Validate data accuracy using SQL queries
• Conduct KPI reconciliation and reporting validation
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and test cases
• Perform end-to-end UAT and ensure defect resolution
• Debug data inconsistencies and transformation issues
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, data mapping documents, KPI definitions, and process flows
  
  

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Power BI reporting, testing, and validation
• Hands-on SQL experience (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Snowflake)
• Experience with Azure/AWS environments
• Strong business analysis skills (JAD sessions, user stories, acceptance criteria)
  
  

Domain Experience:

• Healthcare (Claims, EMR, Eligibility, HEDIS)
• P&C Insurance (Underwriting, Risk, Claims lifecycle)
• Banking (Payments, ACH, Deposits, Exception handling)
  
  

Tools:

Azure DevOps, Confluence, SharePoint, Visio, Excel
