Seeking a QA Analyst / Helpdesk Specialist with Salesforce experience to support application testing and provide end-user support. This role involves functional and regression testing, managing support tickets, troubleshooting system issues, and assisting with basic Salesforce administration to ensure system reliability and a smooth user experience.

- Salesforce (reports, dashboards, user management)
- QA testing (functional & regression)
- Helpdesk/production support (Tier 1 & Tier 2)
- Ticketing tools (Jira, ServiceNow, etc.)
- Data validation & troubleshooting
- 3–6 years of QA and/or helpdesk experience
- Hands-on Salesforce experience
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience with Data Loader and QA methodologies
- Salesforce Admin Certification (preferred)
