Skills-

We are looking for a Senior Backend / Platform Engineer with strong expertise in Python-based development, DevOps practices, and Apple ecosystem integrations at Austin / TX.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable backend services using Python & Django
• Build and maintain APIs, asynchronous workflows (Celery), and data pipelines
• Manage databases (PostgreSQL) and caching systems (Redis)
• Develop and maintain containerized applications using Docker / Docker Compose
• Automate deployments and infrastructure using Ansible, Bash, and AWS
• Ensure code quality through testing (PyTest) and linting tools
• Integrate with enterprise systems like LDAP / AppleConnect / Halo APIs
• Collaborate with frontend teams (VueJS) and cross-functional stakeholders
  
  

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Python, Django, REST APIs
• Hands-on experience with Docker, AWS, and CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Redis, Celery
• Experience in automation and scripting (Bash / Shell)
• Knowledge of Git-based workflows
  
  

Good to Have

• Experience with VueJS
• Understanding of Apache HTTP Server
• Exposure to Apple DevOps or MDM platforms (e.g., JAMF)
