Job Description-
- Proficiency (3 plus years) in Python and experience with LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or equivalent).
- Hands-on experience developing prompt chains or generative workflows using OpenAI or similar APIs.
- Understanding of AI governance, model uncertainty, and prompt versioning best practices.

- Strong understanding of techniques such as Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Test Driven Development, Cloud Development, resiliency, security
- Stays abreast of cutting-edge technologies/trends and uses experience to influence application of those technologies/trends to support the business; may give speeches and outside the firm writes articles
- Develop and maintain AI workflows using Python and orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain or similar) to automate generation tasks across multiple domains.
- Design and refine prompts for large language models, optimizing for accuracy, tone, and consistency across use cases.
- Integrate LLMs with existing systems and data sources within secure, cloud-hosted environments (e.g., AWS or equivalent).
- Implement quality controls and human-in-the-loop mechanisms to ensure compliance and reproducibility of results.
- Document processes and frameworks, supporting governance, version control, and knowledge transfer across teams.
- Additional Skills:
