Job Title: Python Developer

Location: Wilmington DE

Contract to hire role

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards and visualizations to support Risk and Control reporting and insights
• Identify manual or repetitive processes and develop Python-based automation solutions to improve efficiency and scalability
• Develop production-quality Python code to ingest, transform, validate, and analyze structured and semi-structured data
• Prototype and deliver AI-enabled / agentic solutions that enhance Risk and Control workflows in partnership with control owners, process leads, and cross-functional stakeholders
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence
• Experience building and maintaining Tableau dashboards and data visualizations
• Hands-on experience developing solutions using Python
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SQL and relational data concepts, including joins, aggregations, and basic performance optimization
• Exposure to AI, agentic tools, or automation frameworks
• Experience building workflow automation, including repeatable pipelines, scheduled jobs, or batch processes
• Familiarity with risk, control, or governance concepts
