Job Description:
- Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience in business analysis and automation;
- Python scripting and automation (ETL, API integration, workflow automation)
- Data handling and visualization (Snowflake Power BI)
- Business process analysis and stakeholder collaboration
- Banking Domain (Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and auto credit operations)
- Strong proficiency in Python for automation and data workflows -
- Experience with Snowflake and SQL for data transformation -
- Hands-on experience with Power BI for dashboards and reporting -
- Ability to partner with business teams to identify automation opportunities
- Excellent communication and documentation skills;
- Experience with Power Automate or similar RPA tools -
- Exposure to AI integration via APIs and prompt engineering basics -
- Knowledge of Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and auto credit operations
- Experience with low-code/no-code platforms
- Familiarity with agile practices (JIRA, Confluence)
- Understanding of compliance and operational workflows in lending;
- The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a strong technical foundation in Python and data automation.

- This individual is detail-oriented, comfortable working in agile settings, and capable of owning processes end-to-end.
- They demonstrate adaptability, clear communication, and a passion for improving operational efficiency through technology;
- Experience in financial services or auto lending, particularly within credit operations or loan origination workflows
- Candidates with exposure to compliance-driven environments will excel;
- Python, Snowflake, Power BI, Power Automate -Loan Origination Systems (LOS) (optional) -JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office Suite;
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience). -
- No mandatory certifications, but data analytics or automation-related certifications are a plus;
