- We are seeking a highly experienced BMC Administrator / Remedy CMDB Developer to support Public Safety infrastructure. The role involves administration, automation, monitoring, and CMDB management across critical systems supporting emergency services (NYPD, FDNY, EMS).
- Administer and manage BMC TrueSight & BMC Discovery environments
- Handle end-to-end platform deployment, configuration, and maintenance
- Execute server patching & lifecycle management using BladeLogic (BSA/TSSA)
- Manage desktop/endpoint patching via BMC Client Management (BCM)
- Provide enterprise monitoring & incident management support
- Perform root cause analysis & issue resolution
- Ensure security, compliance, and vulnerability management
- Implement OS provisioning & workstation standardization
- Manage asset discovery & CMDB integration
- Automate infrastructure processes and eliminate manual tracking
- 12 years of overall IT engineering experience
- BMC TrueSight Server Automation (TSSA / BladeLogic)
- BMC Client Management (BCM)
- BMC Discovery (ADDM)
- BMC Remedy CMDB
- Server patching (Windows & Linux environments)
- CMDB data management, reconciliation & normalization
