Technical Business Analyst

Location : remote

Contract 3 months

Experience

Minimum 3 years as a Business Analyst or Technical Analyst in a technology-driven environment.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to support enterprise system initiatives. The role involves gathering requirements, reengineering business processes, and ensuring successful solution delivery across financial, customer, and technical domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and business process analysis.
• Facilitate workshops to capture As-Is processes and design To-Be workflows.
• Translate requirements into Service Blueprints, Process Flows, Agile Features, and User Stories.
• Document and track deliverables in Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Conduct feasibility studies and recommend process/system improvements.
• Define and monitor KPIs with clear ownership and visualization.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Develop test scenarios/scripts and support end-user training.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation aligned with PMO standards.
• Work independently while building strong relationships with stakeholders.
  
  

Technical Areas in Scope

• Reporting - Tolling and non-tolling reports for internal/external users.
• Transaction Processing - Customer roadway usage and fee assessment.
• Billing & Invoicing - Accurate fiscal accounting of transactions.
• Collections & Enforcement - Handling unpaid invoices.
• Financial Posting & Reconciliation - Ensuring proper accounting.
• Payments - Supporting multiple customer payment channels.
• CRM - Microsoft CE CRM preferred; experience with modern CRM solutions accepted.
• SAP S4 HANA - Modules: BRIM, FICA, Convergent Mediation, Analytics Cloud.
• Data Migration (ETL) - Export, transform, load from legacy systems.
  
  

Desired Skillset

• Experience in at least 3 technical areas listed above.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project).
• Background in Enterprise Business Solutions, especially financial systems.
• Exposure to ITIL / ITSM practices.
