Job Title: IT Project Manager

Minimum Qualifications

• 5 years of professional experience in project management across projects of varying size and subject matter.
• Demonstrated expertise in integration, scope, schedule, cost, communication, vendor, and risk planning and management.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate activities of internal and/or external staff across multiple IT projects of varying complexity.
• Develop and maintain project plans and artifacts using established project management standards, procedures, templates, and methodologies.
• Collaborate with business owners and analysts to define and refine project scope.
• Lead project management duties throughout the entire project lifecycle: initiating, planning, executing, monitoring/controlling, and closing.
• Conduct lessons learned sessions during and after projects to identify recommendations for improvement.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with technology staff, business owners, project sponsors, vendors, and key stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to organizational project management frameworks and best practices.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
• Experience with ServiceNow (Idea, Project, and Demand modules)
• Background in Enterprise Business Solutions, specifically SAP projects
• Familiarity with ITIL / ITSM practices and methodologies
