Monitor progress continuously, adjusting plans and schedules as necessary to meet organizational goals.
Utilize project management tools such as Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project to track tasks and maintain accurate documentation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
3-7 years of proven experience managing web-based software projects in commercial environments; experience in life sciences or medical products is a plus.
Proficiency in project management software, including tools such as Jira, Trello, and Project.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively with strong communication and organizational skills.
Expertise in Agile Scrum methodologies and possession of a PMP Certification.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, and compliance requirements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges and ensure project success.
