- Manage end-to-end delivery of device rollout and migration programs
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and migration waves
- Perform RAID management and proactively mitigate risks
- Create executive-level reports, dashboards, and status updates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones
- Support program governance and documentation
- 8–15 years of Project Management / PMO experience
- Strong experience in End-User Computing (EUC) / device deployment projects
- Advanced Excel skills (handling large datasets and analysis)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in large enterprise environments
- Experience managing high-volume rollout projects (devices, laptops, mobile, etc.)
- Strong experience in RAID management and project governance
- Experience delivering projects in complex, cross-functional environments
- Financial Services / Banking domain experience
- Experience with enterprise mobile technologies (MDM, BYOD, etc.)
- PMP or Agile certifications
- Experience with tools like Jira, Visio, PowerPoint
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset
