Job Summary The Project Manager is responsible for leading and delivering enterprise-scale Oracle Financials projects within the pharmaceutical domain. This role focuses on managing end-to-end project execution, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving collaboration across cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project management for Oracle Financials implementations, upgrades, and support initiatives Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines aligned with business goals Manage cross-functional teams including finance, IT, regulatory, and external vendors Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards and regulatory requirements Develop and maintain project plans, risk logs, and status reports Drive stakeholder communication, including engagement with senior leadership Oversee project budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking Identify risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies Ensure adherence to quality standards and internal governance frameworks Support change management and user adoption initiatives Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field 10 years of project management experience 5 years of experience with Oracle Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM modules preferred) 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks such as GxP Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification Experience with Oracle Cloud (Fusion) Financials Familiarity with Computer System Validation (CSV) processes Experience working in global, multi-cultural environments Certifications PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Education: Bachelors Degree Certification: Project Management Professional , PRINCE2
